Benoit Defforge is a strategy and business development senior executive, board member and advisor, who leads global organizations, transforms businesses, accelerates growth, and elevates customer experience (BtoB & BtoC).
With decades of trusted executive leadership experience, Benoit has been relied upon by leading companies such as Airbus and Gulfstream to redefine strategy, expand markets and strengthen operational excellence. He builds high performing teams with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, unlocking new opportunities and positioning organizations for sustainable success.
Benoit had served as Division Vice President – Sales EMEA at Gulfstream, leading sales expansion (>80% YoY) and reinforcing customer trust across Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and CIS. Previously, as CEO of Stanton & Partners, he reshaped the organization during turbulent times, launching new revenue streams, and elevating brand visibility.
Under Benoit’s leadership as President at Airbus Corporate Jets (ACJ) for 10 years, Airbus developed its private aviation business, serving both UHNWI and Governments. ACJ brand was created, the product portfolio was revamped and enlarged with recurring services, growing revenues over USD 1B, securing long-term profitability and ensuring customers’ loyalty.
Benoit is an INSEAD Advanced Management Program alumnus and Doctor of Engineering from Arts & Métiers ParisTech. He served as board director for Airbus Interior Services and on the board of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA, Washington).
